Metro Roofing replaced our roof and skylights. They were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Office was responsive; work crew was punctual and courteous, led by a foreman who communicated well. Our 3-story townhouse was a challenge due to tight space, but Metro didn’t balk at the job. Their experienced team completed the job– including replacing 8 skylights–in 2-1/2 days. Afterwards, they cleaned up beautifully. I can recommend Metro Roofing without reservation!

Metropolitan gave a very competitive bid to do my roof in metal. I contacted all the references they provided and all came back with glowing reviews. They did an awesome job on the roof and the workers were very efficient. They were polite and friendly doing the work. They arrived promptly at 8am each day. They seemed to work as a team and knew what they were doing. The bathroom skylight replacement was a main reason for doing the roof. Though measurements were made and discussions about the install followed, the new skylight was not the same size as the original – it was much larger. After the roof install a carpenter followed and finally a drywall specialist finished the interior. All I had to do was paint. Very satisfied with the final appearance out our roof and bathroom skylight.

We got 5 bids for our roof, gutters and 2 skylights replaced. Metropolitan Roofing came in with the best bid, for the exact same thing the others bid on. Sales guy, Rich did a great job of doing what he does, sales. We felt very good about our decision to use Metropolitan Roofing. Quality workmanship from the crew, and quality materials used on the roof. Roof looks beautiful. We highly recommend this local team of roofers. On time, peeled off the old roof in one day, replaced it the next. Left no mess. Rich, just for being down to earth and honest and upfront about everything. We explained our needs and that’s what we got. No upselling of the thing we didn’t need. The crew deserves kudo’s too, great bunch of guys.

Very effective well organized respectful professional and helped me get the most value for my dollar…This was the only company that would include the skylights with the roof at a reasonable price. The solar blinds are an incredible fit and fun. Of course the roof and ridge line for better venting was the main goal. They helped me with a water drip when you walk in, it drops on your head. They cut back the boards and gutter to fix it. And put an extra water diversion on the corner to avoid water on the front step that always turns to ice when it freezes. Fixed the water dripping between the house and gutters too. Fixed a twisted 2×4 in the attic and pulled the insulation away from the vents when the plywood was off. All these extra things fixed, for me was the best. And done by trusted people. The roofers were amazing and respectful as well. Cleaned up every day. My parking is always an issue right by the police station and no parking signs. Police will not hesitate to dish out a 250 dollar ticket since it’s on the bike path. Workers parked at Safeway and carpooled over…The whole team! It takes everyone to be on task to complete a large project like this. The communication was fantastic.
